Design an n8n workflow (I run [self hosted n8n with FFmpeg installed / n8n cloud]) that:

1. Triggers when a new video lands in [Google Drive folder / YouTube channel / S3 bucket].
2. Gets a transcript with word timestamps.
3. Picks [3] candidate clips of 20 to 45 seconds that work without context.
4. Cuts them with FFmpeg, reframes to 9:16 and burns one line captions.
5. Saves the clips to [folder] and sends me a message in [Slack or email] with the links and the first line of each clip.
6. Never posts anything publicly. A human approves every clip.

First give me the node list in order, what each node does, and which credentials I need. Point out which steps need self hosted n8n. Only after I approve, write the workflow JSON I can import.
