Setup steps:

1. Install Python 3 and Adobe UXP Developer Tool.
2. Start the command proxy server.
3. Load the Premiere/Photoshop UXP plugin in UXP Developer Tool.
4. Run the MCP server and connect Claude Desktop.

* Proof-of-concept quality, per the README.
* Runs a local proxy server between the MCP server and the Adobe plugin.
