Design a lower third system for a corporate interview series.

Look:
- Flat and quiet. No gradients, no glow, no 3D.
- Sans serif, two weights only: name in Semibold, role in Regular at 60% of the name size.
- Optional thin accent line (2 to 4 px) in the brand color [#HEX], to the left of the text or under the name.
- Text sits on the footage with a soft shadow (0 2 px 12 px, 25% black) or on a solid box at 85% opacity if the footage is busy.
- Bottom left, inside the title safe area, aligned to the same left edge as any other graphics.

Motion:
- In: 12 to 15 frames, ease out, small move (16 to 24 px) plus fade. Accent line leads by 3 frames.
- Hold: at least 4 seconds, or long enough to read the role twice.
- Out: 8 to 10 frames, ease in, reverse of the in.

Deliver: one template with editable name, role, accent color, left or right alignment. Test with a 30 character name and a two line role.

Before you run it Fill in anything in [brackets]. If it edits a project, use a duplicate and read the agent's plan before you say go
