How to set it up
- Python 3.10+ venv, then pip install -r requirements.txt (and requirements-mcp.txt for MCP).
- Point it at your CapCut/Jianying drafts folder.
- Start the server and connect your agent.

- Has a hosted cloud version (vectcut.com); local mode writes to your draft folders.
