What it does

Shotstack's own hosted MCP server. Your agent writes Shotstack Edit JSON and renders it in the cloud, manages templates, shows an inline Studio preview in chat, and can generate image, video or audio assets

How to set it up

Run claude mcp add --transport http shotstack https://mcp.shotstack.io
Sign in to Shotstack when asked, or pass your API key as an x-api-key header
Ask for a short video and preview it in Studio before you render

Safety notes

render_video and generate_asset spend credits. Ask it to quote a generation first
Studio share links carry your API key and do not expire, so share them with care
